Today on World Milk Day, we’re raising a glass to our friends at SaskMilk for their ongoing support of Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation. Their generous donation of milk products helps ensure students have access to the nutritious dairy they need to fuel learning, growth, and well-being.
As we celebrate World Milk Day, we encourage you to learn more about the Saskatchewan dairy farmers who help nourish students, families, and communities across our province. Visit SaskMilk to explore the stories behind local dairy production and the importance of dairy in a healthy diet.
And next time you’re shopping, keep an eye out for the Blue Cow logo. It’s a quick way to identify products made with 100% Canadian milk and dairy ingredients. 🥛

“At SaskMilk, we’re proud to partner with the Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation through the SaskMilk Nutrition Program – an initiative that’s making a real difference for hundreds of students across Saskatoon.
As most know, dairy is an important part of everyone’s diet. It provides essential nutrients like calcium, protein, and vitamins that help to build and maintain strong bones, support development, and it keeps kids energized and ready to learn. When kids have the nutrients they need, they’re better equipped to succeed both in and out of the classroom. By supporting the Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation, we’re investing in brighter futures – together. 💙”

How did SPSF celebrate World Milk Day?
Thanks to SaskMilk’s support, hundreds of students have access to nutritious milk at school, helping fuel growing bodies, curious minds, and successful learning days.
To celebrate World Milk Day, teachers picked up special supplies and educational activities to bring an extra splash of milk, learning, and fun to their classrooms. From engaging lessons to milk-themed activities, students are enjoying a day that’s equal parts educational and exciting.
A special thank you to the students at Buena Vista School for being our fantastic World Milk Day models and helping us share the story of this important program.
We’re grateful to SaskMilk for their continued partnership and commitment to helping students thrive—one glass at a time. 💙
