
2025 Camp Registration is Now Closed
Please note: Applicants will be notified by email in June if they have been accepted or placed on the waitlist.
Camp Brain Power Details:
- Camp Brain Power is August 11 – 15, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Camps are open to Saskatoon Public Schools’ students currently in grades 1 – 2 (going into grades 2 – 3 in the fall).
- Campers will explore literacy, movement, engagement, and well-being activities during the week.
- Campers are encouraged to bring their own lunch and snacks; however, meals can be provided if requested during the application process.
- Campers will be provided with a t-shirt, water bottle, and backpack full of learning materials.
- Camps are led by Saskatoon Public Schools’ teachers.
- Camp is FREE of charge because of the generous support from Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation, BHP, TD Ready Commitment, Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation, and Saskatoon Public Schools.

Q: Registration is closed, can I put my child on the waitlist?
A: Thank you for your interest in Camp Brain Power! Registration is now closed, and at this time, the waitlist is also full and no longer accepting new applications. We appreciate your enthusiasm and hope you will consider applying next year.
Q: Does Camp Brain Power offer before and after program care?
A: Currently, we are unable to provide before and after care services. As a non-profit organization funded through charitable donations and sponsorships, our resources are focusing on delivering a high-quality camp experience during regular program hours. We understand this may be an inconvenience for some families and truly appreciate your understanding.
Q: What should my child bring to camp?
A: Please ensure your child brings the following:
- Sunscreen and bug repellent (recommended)
- Appropriate clothing for all weather (e.g., rain jacket, shorts, etc.)
- Appropriate footwear for all activities (e.g. runners)
- A hat and sunglasses
Q: Are lunch and snacks provided?
A: Campers are encouraged to bring their own lunch and snacks, but can be provided with meals if requested at time of registration. Campers will have time for a morning and afternoon snack, and lunch. Please ensure you pack your child with a nut-free, no microwave lunch.
